The All Kansas & Nebraska Shop Hop starts on April 1st! We still have a few copies of the magazine that feature a bunch of patterns using the specially designed line of fabric for the hop including a quilt from right here at the Sewing Centre of Lincoln. We will also be open on Sunday, April 12 and Sunday, May 3 from 11 am - 4 pm in addition to our regular Monday - Saturday hours. We're so excited to be an official part of the Shop Hop this year! The Friends Machine Embroidery Wall Hanging class will show you how to make these designs. Friends are like stars, you do not always see them and yet you know they are always there. Create a "Made in the Hoop" display/wall hanging that lets a special friend know how important they are to you. These 3 designs can be made in 2 sizes: 6.5" x 10.75" OR 5.75" x 9.75".
You will need to purchase the pattern. On the back of the pattern will be the supplies needed. Can be done on any Embroidery Machine!

April - Basic Building Block: Editing - In Creator level, let’s look at the basic types of fill stitches and the ways they can be edited to create special effects. We will also look at the basics of the Reshape tool when we edit objects.
In DesignerPlus level, learn how to improve the quality of a design. Learn all the things you should check first before you click on Write to Card/ Machine.

What Machine(s) Is This Club Made For?
All BERNINA machines! The majority of the content can be done in a Large Oval or Midi Hoop to ensure that all machines can do the project provided. There will be options for doing projects with bigger hoops, and we will discuss incredible BERNINA features and how they make every project easier. Many projects may even be completed with a bernette embroidery machine, though some of the featured accessories may not be available.
Don't yet own a BERNINA? You may also be able to complete many of the projects and are encouraged to join the club to learn more about embroidery.
