November 2025 - It's almost Grand Opening time!
We are sew thankful to have you as our customers and friends and wish a wonderful and very happy Thanksgiving! We have much to be thankful for and fun events to look forward to so let's get to it! We are so grateful for your patronage on Small Business Saturday, November 22 and every other day of the year. Please support your locally owned, hard-working small businesses this holiday season.
As we get all our new inventory and processes in place, we hope that you'll want to keep receiving our emails and newsletters. We would be thrilled to have you join us for our Grand Opening Open House on November 14 & 15! We'd be thrilled to have you visit us any other day, too! We'll have door prizes, refreshments, demos & sew much more!
We have a couple of weeks left to help out the Lincoln Quilters Guild with their Semiquincentennial Quilt for the USA's 250th birthday in 2026. The first two Wednesdays this month you can come in and stitch up a few of the star quilt blocks to be included. You can also print out the patterns and stitch up a few at home and drop them off at the store.
Be on the lookout for more information about the Twelve Days of Christmas coming on December 1st! Call or stop by to reserve your stocking. Then you have the chance to stuff your stocking with products from Santa. The more you stuff in your stocking, the more you save!

We have one more session in this Beginning Quilting series. We'll cover the basics over a series of three weeks. We will offer this Beginning Quilting series again in 2026 for those who want to enter the world of quilting but don't know where to start.

Expanding on Software classes are a great supplement to Software Club and give you the chance to learn additional skills and fun projects.

Bernina Mastery Classes are offered for all new Bernina machine owners as well as those who might need a refresher on learning all that their sewing machine can do! Bernina Mastery Sewing Class 1 is the first in the series. Bernina Mastery Sewing Class 2 continues expanding your knowledge of your Bernina machine.

Block of the Month is winding down for 2026. This month we'll work on our cornerstone blocks and putting the whole thing together in December.

Scrap Happy Christmas Crafting is the perfect excuse to use up all the little scraps you can't bear to part with and whip up some quick gift tags. They're a great little way to take a break from your big projects and do a project that will be complete within an hour or two.

Private classes are a service we also offer to customers who might need assistance with a special project, who want to develop a special skill, or want to learn about their machine in a one-on-one setting. Please stop in or give us a call and we'll get can get it set up for you!
Cost: $50 for a 3 hour session.
Beginning Sewing classes are offered in cooperation with Southeast Community College Continuing Education program. You can refer to the SCC Continuing Education materials for more information about upcoming classes as well as the cost and sign-up information.
