Learn to read and sew from a Commercial Pattern for Beginners



Students will learn to read patterns, and take measurements, to find the best fit, determine the amount of fabric required, type of fabrics to use and all notions needed to complete the project, then cut out and sew students' choice of pattern options.

Pattern is sold at "Sewing Centre of Lincoln"
suggested fabric's: medium to heavy weight woven fabrics, such as wool, flannel, denim and corduroy or stable knits such as ponte or french terry.

In the first class we will learn about the pattern and determine what is needed to make the project.  The remaining classes will be cutting and sewing our pullover.
