Beginning Sewing Classes

In Partnership with Southeast Community College, Continuing Education. To register go to https://southeast.edu/continuing Click the "Course Search", Keyword "Sewing". when registering you will need to indicate if you are bringing your own sewing machine (in good working order), or if you need to borrow a sewing machine for class use.

Beginning sewer, wannabe sewer or someone with a sewing machine at the back of the closet, let us help you get started in the creative world of sewing. Become comfortable with the basic skills of hand sewing and machine sewing. First projects are an emergency sewing kit and festive placemat.

What you will need to bring to class:
Sewing Machine (in good working order)
fabric scissors
pins
seam ripper
Pencil
and $20 for supplies, payable at first class.
